• • This one is about as sure as Quick Hits can get: Mike North and Dan Jiggetts will debut their ''I'm Right! I'm Right!'' column in Friday's Sun-Times. For many Fridays to come. It figures to be a point-counterpoint feature, much like their forthcoming Comcast SportsNet ''Monsters in the Morning'' show (with NextStep Medical Staffing the title sponsor) beginning Jan. 12 might be. Not sure how the decibel level translates to print. Maybe LIKE THIS, PERHAPS!?!!
