Should Public Access TV go the way of the Dodo, I will not shed a tear.

1) Forcing channels and the associated production costs to the consumer is not fair to anyone, and adds cost to everyone's bills.

2) With the advent of YouTube, etc. anyone with an Internet connection, a computer, and a $30 webcam can create the same programming (often with the same quality) found Public Access, without forcing the cost to all consumers.
