A new FCC member?

The Deal, an online business trade publication, is reporting that former WMAQ-TV News Director Richard Reingold may be under consideration by President-elect Barack Obama and his transition team for an appointment as a commissioner on -- or even chairman of -- the Federal Communications Commission. Since 2007, Reingold has been president and CEO of Four Points Media Group, which owns seven television stations around the country.
