My guess is that Eric Richeke is programming WLIT and then WAN'ing the music log over to WRIT in Milwaukee. Eric has nearly a decade of experience doing this Christmas thing now and he knows what tests and what works. Yes it's cost and time-saving for Milwaukee and CC in general but with a format like Christmas I don't think there's much to target "locally" in Milwaukee so this is fine. I have no inside knowledge, though.
