further emphasizing the point that now even if you "make it" to chicago, market 3, you will not be compensated in what you think market 3 talent deserves as compensation.

this news has got to deter people from entering the biz, or make those already in it question their passion.

i remember when a *night* jock in chicago could easily clear 500k a year and all the free 8balls and club dances they wanted
