: 95 WIIL ROCK Abandons Format
: Sometimes even the loud and obnoxious can get filled with the Christmas spirit. In the event called “Anything for the Kids”, 95 WIIL ROCK (WIIL-FM) plans to turn over their airwaves this Thursday to it’s caring and giving listeners in an attempt to raise money for “A Safe Place For Help”, a Lake County based organization, dedicated to giving support to the children of domestic violence. The money will help buy Christmas presents for children served by the organization.

^^
Cool. This is always a winner with the listeners, Bob & Brian have been doing it for years at Lazer. It usually gets press too.

: Program Director John Perry explains, “Starting Thursday at 6am with The Tom and Lisa Morning Show, we are accepting requests to be played on the air. Requests will cost $20 per song for normal format songs. For songs that are not in format or are a bit crazy will cost $30 to $50 dollars. Songs that are outrageous will cost $60 to $100 and more. Cash or Credit Card donations will be accepted at our studio's in Pleasant Prairie, WI or over the phone through the studio lines at 800.223.9510.”

^^
This part is a little confusing. Who decides what is "outrageous", "not in format", "crazy" and "normal"
