: Happy Holidays! I know it may seem hard to be happy with all the turmoil around us, but remember that there are also very positive forces in our lives as well. A relationship, a child, family, friends, your health, a job! I think part of our problem is that we are so blasted with the negative that it drags us down. I choose not to be and choose to look (as John Williams does) on the bright side of life. : Hopefully you have done your shopping and helped spur the economy? Here's a tip for those of you with children and grandchildren: Be ready for all the presents. Stock up on batteries of all sizes. Buy a few small screwdrivers to open up battery doors, a pair of small wire cutters to open toys that use those wire ties, and a sharp utility knife to cut open the plastic packaging that takes forever to open. That way your holiday can be a little bit less stressful. : Thanks for listening to my show this past year I hope you will do the same in the coming year.
