Now we know. Citadel Broadcasting Market Manager Mike Fowler confirmed to us this week he is still sorting out the nuances in the new 54-page contract with Don Wade and Roma, his morning drive stars at WLS-AM (890). Fowler said it's taking longer than expected because he's had to go over the contract line by line with Don and Roma's representatives. But the contract will -- eventually -- be signed, Fowler assured us.
