Chicago Suntimes Incorrect Headline

Today's (Monday) headline reads "Curry Family Tragedy". Huh ? As far as the Tribune reports, Curry's wife and four kids are fine. A former girlfriend of Curry's and her daughter were found dead while her son was safe from harm. Since Curry denies the three year old son was his, where does the Suntimes get off calling this a Curry family tragedy ? Suntimes, please define the word "family"?
