So here I was on Monday afternoon all psyched to have my favorite teacher as an instructor and NO!!!!! There was no explanation from the tool who took over the class(I guess he is a full-timer and used to run the radio station and talked about time spent in AL.) I did a little digging and it turns out Sue Smiley was let go for some stupid reason or another. I had her for the radio producer and learned a hell of a lot. Sue used to be the producer for WLS-AM and she always made the classes fun. Even on days when we didn't stay the whole time, we went to a bar and she gave us all this inside information about the industry. Now I am at a loss and am seriously thinking of leaving school altogether. What's the point of trying to get the best teachers when they let them go? It really sucks because not only are we close bud's on myspace but I even consider her one of my dearest friends. This sucks.
