The minor-league baseball team, the Gary Southshore RailCats, have moved their radio broadcasts to the new Lakeshore Public Radio station, WLPR 89.1 FM out of Lowell, IN. The move to the new station allows the 'Cats games' broadcasts to be heard throughout Indiana's Lake, Porter & LaPorte counties, and into the southern half of Illinois' Cook County.
