WNTD's TX facilities are state of the art. The day site has been completely rebuilt in the past couple years and the night site was last upgraded with current equipment in 1998. Both sites can handle IBOC.

WYLL would likely fetch $30M.

It could be WNWI. But I doubt it's worth that much and the studio/TX property is in a really bad area. It might be worth 1/2 that....and i would move it.

WKKD has applied to go silent. It was last sold to Kovas for less than $250K.
