Former Emmis WKQX (Q101/Chicago) and current CBS Talk WCCO-A/MINNEAPOLIS host ELEANOR MONDALE told listeners THURSDAY morning that her brain cancer has recurred and she will undergo surgery at the MAYO CLINIC next WEDNESDAY.

The midday "MONDALE AND JONES" co-host said in an appearance on DAVE LEE's morning show that her tumor is smaller than the previous tumors, which appeared in 2005 and were treated with chemotherapy and radiation.
