James VanOsdol, the former rock jock great (via Q101 among many other rock stations in town) has had a personal website for about a year, but he just tweaked the focus be more of a blog site. In addition to his own ramblings, JVO has added an interview feature he's calling "Off Mic" in which yesterday, JVO posted up a great interview with the former "Whipping Boy" Brian Paruch. In the last three weeks, he also had interviews with Ryan Manno, Matt DuBiel and Sludge. They are all worth checking out!
