More AMPS and how it could effect us

First it was LA, now New York appears to be next with 92.3, and now just this past weekend anonymous registration for 1027ampradio.com. Could be wrong but is it possible that this could be CBS Jack format in Washington DC? Could this signal the end of JACK in CBS markets?
