Taking vacation is no problem and totally understandable but I really dislike the bits. I am a very regular listener and I have heard them all and don't want to hear them again. I would prefer they play music when JB is off or at least mix in music among the bits to keep me somewhat interested. Otherwise, I just surf the other morning shows to see what is out there rather than listen to the repeats.
: It is a letdown whenever a marquee morning man such as Jonathon Brandmeier is off, even with a contract that's on the verge of expiring real, real soon at 97.9 "The LOOP". Nevertheless, the man needs to take a little vacation time and there's more than enough "Bits" to keep fans somewhat interested while he's away. Besides, if Johnny B. doesn't take vacation time, he may lose it depending on "LOOP" company policy.
