Former Chicago television executive Charlotte Koppe has been promoted to vice president of station relations for Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution.

She most recently was director of affiliate marketing for the company, and worked on the launches of "The Tyra Banks Show" and "TMZ."

Koppe began as press manager and assistant program director at ABC-owned WLS-Channel 7.
