The information that I found on the FCC's website regarding this new translator appears to be inaccurate.

EMF has a license for a translator at 97.5 with 70 watts from a tower in Cicero:

And, they have a Construction Permit for a translator at 97.5, transmiting with 3 watts from a building just south of the Chicago River and east of Michigan Avenue (not the Sears Tower):

The City of License for both is Hillside, however the signal of neither station reaches Hillside according to the maps.

I'm not sure if the cost for rent on the Sears Tower is economical for a 3 watt translator.
