Jesse gets a lot of deserved ribbing due to some of the ridiculous things he has said on the air (like asking Antonio Alfonseca if having 6 fingers on his hand was something that happened naturally) and I believe that has become part of his reputation. That being said, I wouldn't think of him as being the right kind of guy to do play-by-play in such a high profile position. Maybe he's due well, but that just seems to me to be beyond his ability.
