Emmis/Chicago Programming Changes

ALL ACCESS has confirmed that EMMIS Classic Rocker WLUP (THE LOOP) & Alternative WKQX (Q101)/CHICAGO Brand Manager TISA LaSORTE and Q101 PD MARC YOUNG are both out due to budgetary considerations.

Word is that a new programmer will be named, shortly.
