Hearing Garry was like a breath of fresh airtime. Razor sharp wit, way more naturally funny than the self-serious Rush wannabe Roe "take the money and run from my longtime partner" Conn. Since it was my residual habit from the Roe and Garry days, I did continue listening to the Roe show sometimes (flipping between that, Medved on 560 and Hartmann on 820), but only because of sidekicks such as Jim and Bill, who are actually entertaining and who make it worth the while. Which brings me to your point: yes, Garry needs a good supporting cast, just like Roe's got. With that help, I think he'll kick Roe's ash.
