I think the way CBS Sports does the NCAA Basketball Tournament, everyone starts with the same game around 11:15a Thursday through Sunday. Then, depending on the region, CBS sends viewers to the game they're supposed to see, complete with live look-ins of other games playing at the same time. I know that DIRECTV has not only a "Mega March Madness" PPV plan in which viewers can watch the first 3 rounds of coverage for an extra fee. They also have a "Mix" channel in which they'll feature as many as 8 games, complete with scores & time remaining, happening simultaneously. CBS Sports & Westwood One/NCAA Radio Network, heard locally on 670 "The SCORE", will also provide bonus coverage of other games when the feature game turns into a blowout and when another game has one of those cliffhanger-like endings synonymous with this tournament. If that's not enough, CBS College Sports Network, the channel formerly called CSTV, will provide something called "March Madness Central", starting at 11a both Thursday & Friday on DIRECTV 613. You may have seen promos for the new channel during CBS' conference championship coverage this past weekend.
