Former Clear Channel'er joins WGN

Victor Lisle has been hired as director of creative services at Tribune Co.-owned news/talk WGN-AM (720). He'd held the same job with the Clear Channel Radio stations in Houston.

Effective April 16, he succeeds Todd Manley, who resigned to become program director of KTRS-AM in St. Louis.
