A live broadcast of Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 8 -- to be performed by 1,000 artists in Quebec City -- will air at 6:30 p.m. Saturday on Window to the World Communications classical WFMT-FM (98.7).
The concert, which also will be streamed live at www.wfmt.com, kicks off a yearlong celebration of the 400th anniversary of the French Canadian capital.
