I was making fun of those hourly liners back when they first started... it was really stupid when they would play "Live from Studio 89, overlooking Lake Michigan in Downtown Chicago..." for Rush, Hannity, etc. Yeah right, like those people are doing the show from WLS in Chicago.
They've toned it down for many of the shows, by having it just read "From Chicago, it's another big hour where Chicago comes to talk...." which sounds much better.
: I want to put my foot through my car radio every time I hear what IMHO is the lamest show opening in the biz. Has WLS magically built a rooftop showcase studio that's going to double as an observatory?
