They have a CP to move to the Oakbrook Terrace Tower building on Oakbrook Terrace with a power output of 3,500 watts

This will put grade A coverage to the city but it will still likely be spotty due to the mess Chicago radio already is downtown with Sears and Hancock bleeding over each other.
