It's hard to tell whether they're looking for one or more than one person. The way it's worded would lead me to believe they're looking for only one, but then again "one" never knows...nor does Juan..sorry.
My point is that it could be just a replacement for a single position on a single station, no big deal.
It could also be just for a team member to join a show that's structured as an indpendent contractor, again not a big deal.
