How do Stylez & Roman still have jobs?

If CBS is truly raising the bar over there (as evident by the promotion of Julian & J-Niice to mornings and a change in music direction), why do they insist on playing out Stylez & Roman's contracts to the very end? I cannot stand the yay-yuhing, speech impediments, receding hairlines, fake gangsta upward angle posing, and their ratings stink too!
