The old 106 Jamz back in the 90s was getting around a 2 share or more on the same signal. Granted, the diaries were different than PPM. So, it's possible to do OK on that signal. However, Joyner will need good promotion to even have a chance.
: Soul 106.3's lousy signal will preclude Joyner from getting good ratings here.
