The same week they yank out over $71,000,000, they hire some "debt restructuring advisers" (which in layman's terms means corporate bankruptcy attorneys). The odds of that bank ever again seeing that $75 million that they are owed is slim to none. If I were Emmis's bank, I would be very upset & worried right now.
