Time for nostalgia: Longtime "Those Were The Days" host Chuck Schaden is set to mark his 39th anniversary on the air on May 2. He plans to retire from radio after his 1-to-5 p.m. WDCB-FM 90.9 show on June 27, a look back that will originate from the Morton Grove Civic Center and will be open to the public.

Succeeding Schaden, who turns 75 on June 29, will be Steve Darnall, editor and publisher of Nostalgia Digest magazine.
