Uhm - this isn't Lou's web site. It's an industry message board/news site that just featured an interview with Lou. You need to contact Lou directly. But uh, based on all of the Extreme Home Makeover that I've seen, I would say yes replace it with a tankless. Better for health, your bills, and the environment.
