TRUE Oldies?

Scanning the FM dial this morning and came across 94.7FM and Rick Springfield singing "Jesse's Girl". I understand that stations can play anything they want and call it whatever, but does "Jesse's Girl" REALLY qualify as a TRUE oldie? After "Too Busy Thinking About My Baby" from Marvin Gaye they played "Still the Same" by Bob Segar. I don't even consider "Still the Same" a TRUE oldie?
