: I saw where there was an email below of some coward saying some things about my buddy freak. Let me tell you, I have worked with the guy for years in some capacity with Rebel Radio and I can say he is one of the sweetest guys around. He is there for his fans. an example, one night we were doing a live broadcast from the Pearl room and freak came up to me and was like "let me introduce the band for ya." We did and immediately people found out that freak was in the building. It was like the pied piper. Within 15 minutes the crowd grew from 15 to 95 people. This man is a god among god's when it comes to music. He told me a story once that should give you an idea of what a great guy he is. One year this up and coming band kept hitting him up for airplay. After a while he broke it to the guys that they had to change their sound and become much harder. a year later, this band became Mettallica. If it wasn't for freak, this band would not have happened. two years ago I was in kenosha, wi down on my luck. My ex had just left me and it was going to be a hard night. I called up freak at will rock and 2 hours later he made me see the light. He saved me. I was at my lowest of low's. My family was very worried about me. Thanks to Freak and his soothing words, I made it another year and more.
I agree with the nut job above. Freak is a really cool guy. Down to earth, straigh shooter and just a really great person. You probably don't know this little piece of information. There was this young group of guys from England that if not for Freak would not have made it. Freak was instrumental in making sure the two key members John and Paul didn't self destruct. He also came up with the name of the band. The Beatles would have never made it out of Britian had it not been for Freak and his relationship with the band. I was diagnosed a heart condition when I was young and after a night of drinking with Freak, I was completely cured! I will forever be in debt! BTW...Freak never worked in Kenosha other then to do a few remotes on location for a Sunday bike show.
