What IS Mancow's problem?

Whenever he does an interview, he doubles down on his usual rude and obnoxious behavior.

If the guest doesn't "light his fire" in the first 5 seconds, he'll talk over them, goof on them or just hang up. But when he hangs up, he does so without any indication of doing so. I've never heard anything like it and this is coming from a Stern fan.
