Whats up with Ted Novak and Steven Johnson?

I switch up between WGN and WIND throughout the night. It's a lose-lose situation, but whateva.

What caught my ear was the traffic guy on WIND who goes by the name of Steven Johnson. I swear this is Ted Novak from WGN. Same perky voice and all...am I the only person without a life that noticed this?
