Several weeks ago,on Steve Kings show, someone obviously screwed up and they played, : : what should have been the previously nights : : forecast which called for rain the next day, : : when the actual forecast was for sunshine. : : O.K. that can happen, but the problem : : is while Steve King read the correct forecast : : on the quarter hour, the newscasts continued : : to include the contradictory bogus forcast for the entire 6 hour show. I was waiting : : for someone to catch it but, neither, the news reader, Paula Cooper, or Steve or Johnnie, or the producer, etc. caught it. You'd think in : : 6 hours someone would have noticed. : : I know this is no longer 'news', but, hard : : telling how often this occurs. And, you : : know, some listeners actually depend on : : that forecast.
