There is a lot of time, effort and money put into that WLS Rewind. In today's business world, every dollar has to be accounted for and every dollar invested has to show an almost immediate return of 3-12 times base.

It's impossible to measure the long term effects of this type of programming just like it was impossible to measure the impact of putting a new jingle package or on-air contest into play during the music radio days.
