Late YESTERDAY, another TEXAS court refused to dismiss a lawsuit by CLEAR CHANNEL and private equity firms THOMAS LEE and BAIN that would order a group of banks to pop for the $20 billion leveraged buyout of CLEAR CHANNEL.
The three-judge panel of the TEXAS Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in SAN ANTONIO affirmed an identical ruling on APRIL 11th (NET NEWS) by BEXAR COUNTY, TX Judge JOE BROWN, JR. The trial on the particulars is still set for JUNE 2nd.
