Duuurrrrmmmm, It is legit. And an FM tuner will certainly tun in a station off frequency using AFC. So sit down and chill. Why not listen to the music? It might settle you down a tad.

BTW you would need a spectrum analyzer to find the audio carrier frequency, not a frequency counter.
