Another sign of change - new WGN Radio liners

Heard one for the first time this morning.

A quick 10 second liner with a new voiceover guy, with some cool sound effects, saying "News/Talk 720. WGN. This is where you get the news and the story. The Voice of Chicago."

Definitely a new fresh sound.

This is pretty significant because in the few months I've been listening to WGN, I've never heard of a true voiceover guy over there. All promos are done by show talent.
