Regardless of what you think of Frank's attitude through the years, there is no doubt in my mind he deserves his number being retired. A statute would be great down the road, because for so many years, he was the face of the franchise. I never cared for him, but I recognize that he was one of the few great things about the team when there wasn't so much "good" associated with it.
