Bill was known as Bud LaTour at the great but short-lived WRXR 95.5 FM Chicago in the 80s - it might've been his first Chicago job - and I think he replaced Ed Hopkins if you're familiar with that LA voiceover name who used to be at WMET 95.5 FM Chicago.
