It's honestly silly and overbearing of anyone to think the FCC should attempt to enforce obscencity regulation on anything internet based.
They would spend an enternity trying to fine every little mom and pop podcast or web show that wants add little "naughty language" to whatever they are doing.

I think most FCC regulation is load of crap anyway.
