: Illinois Broadcasters Association had their annual event this past Wednesday night in East Peoria. At the IBA2009, the winners of this year's Silver Dome Award winners were announced. Almost 600 entries were submitted by IBA member radio & TV stations, wishing to have their work judged to be the best of the best in Illinois.
