I thought John did a good job of explaining the "1 step backwards, 2 steps forward" approach that seems to be the GN model lately. John also admitted that the structured format in the morning didn't fit his style.

At the end of the show, Greg asked John for the morning show's structure sheet. He ripped it up into the microphone. Maybe a change is coming just in time for the new guy.
