It's a new Clear Channel thing that came out of one of the recent San Antonio "money saving" meetings that also resulted in over a thousand people becoming unemployed if you remember. Premium choice (PC) jocks are just generic voice tracks in most cases that sometimes will get pieced together at the local level with "custom" beginnings or endings that identify the specific station doing the piecing.

: NOW what is that crap they are pumping in and out of wlit? Obviously and import of some kind. Not station id by the jock (kat Simons). No bio. No talent. No good!
