I flipped around the dial a bit yesterday and today listening to radio's coverage of Michael Jackson.

WBBM, not surprisingly, was first out of the gate on the news angle, citing both the TMZ web site and the Los Angeles Times. When TMZ reported Jackson had died, WBBM continued to say TMZ was their only source until other sources had confirmed it. Later last night, WBBM simulcasted the instant documentary airing on CBS network television.
