Clear Channel's WGCI-FM 107.5 has parted company with personalities Bionce Foxx and Frankie Robinson, sources said Friday.
It's expected the station will announce replacements soon, but a Clear Channel spokeswoman was unavailable to comment late Friday.
Foxx, once host of WGCI's late-night "Whispers in the Dark," has been heard middays on the station for more than five years, most recently in the 9 a.m.-to-2 p.m. weekday slot.
Robinson has been part of WGCI's 6-to-10 weeknight program since February 2007, first partnered with Victor "The Diz" Blackful and then Leon Rogers, who since April has been pulling double duty as part of WGCI's morning-drive show. Robinson earlier reported for Clear Channel Total Traffic and worked before that as a promotions assistant at WRDZ-AM 1300, the local Radio Disney outlet.
