Here's an opportunity for some of you looking to break into radio and get some good on-air experience. Vocalo.org is holding a "Next Top Sportscaster" contest. They are looking for a new, unknown sportscaster to do play-by-play, interviews, sports reporting and color commentary for six months for any and all sports, including many alternative & extreme events. It's an unpaid job, but you do get free entry into the sporting events and... um... some Vocalo swag. Most importantly, you get some good experience to use for future employment opportunities.
